Pattikajathi Kshema Samithi (PKS) Manjoor.PO.Zip: 686603, kerala a NGO.which defined under Rule 2(d) of Act 33 of 1989 , that engaged in the welfare activities including the promotion of education in engineering sector, providing to SC/St members subjected the heigher studies they faced difficulty: having itd Register No: K-226/2002 under the Travencore Cochin Literary Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act 1955, at the office of the District Registerar (General) Kottayam, Kerala as ammended from time to time being as the Deligate. ......Constitution of India Article 46 guerentees the promotion of educational interests os SC/StS. According to the said gaurentees , hereinafter reffered as the" Engineering College " which expression shall, repugnent to the subject or as the case shall be applied recommended, due to the oppertitunities on issues pertaining to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled tribes students and enhanced measures in heigher studies such as Chemical, Civil, Electrical,Electronic & Communication and Mechanical Engineering to ensure free education in the sector for SC/ST students to established Social Justice and Empowerment towards and along with weaker sections and minorities recommended by the Government from time to time, without interfering the Byelaw and moralities of the Deligate-Samithi - and the construction of buildings or any structure, fixture, furniture and fixture if , vechiles thereon and any improvement to whatsoever comprising in the said going concern and appointing emploiees if any and providing selection and admission and fulfill the vacancies including the students thereon. the percentage prrefreable by the Samithi upon reciving report from the Government in time to time. the totel number of the students shall not be exeded about 500 Nos per Annum including the outcastes and minorities hereof. The benifit reflects (1) with a mission to be a Graduate Engineer asprints from the SC/St belongings in India from this fullfree residential institute. (2) Ensuring synonymous for quality Engineering education with a Global focus. (3) the institute regulerly give campus placements , that one of the best oppertunities available for an exellent job. (4) Ensuring education in various sector....(5)Providing security relaxes the tragedy of opposed oppertunities among Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in Kerala. (6) Provideincorporate the government in educational tasks related in heigher studies among the S/STs , and also other weaker sections ......... By governing abd due monitoring of this Pattikajathi Kshema Samithi as delegate ensuring free education and adimission and providing hostal facilities as per creteria , and operating permanantly abd continusly. Having this project with a celing amount Rs/ 1000/Crores as per five year plan of this Samithi.Samithi's proposel for construction of Engineering College -Requirements of Land , as file No: 73235/A1/ 08/Rev(A) Dept: -dated 15-01- 2009 is under verification by the government of Kerala.
